Charles Clement Lucas, Jr., M.D., KTJ

Charles Clement Lucas, Jr., MD, ABFP, son of Charles
Clement Lucas, Sr., and Sallie Elizabeth Williams was
born in Wilson, North Carolina. He attended the
University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill where he received an A.B. in
Chemistry and History, and the Doctor of Medicine.
He completed his medical training at
Duke University where
he was Chief Resident of Family Practice. He was elected
to membership in the Order of the Old Well at the
University of North Carolina. For his medical leadership
activities in North Carolina he received The Order of
the Long Leaf Pine, the highest award given by the State
of North Carolina.
Dr. Lucas served in the United States Public Health Service
from 1970-1972 and was commissioned as Senior Assistant
Surgeon.
Dr. Lucas moved to New York City in 1979 where he lived until
1988 when he moved to Greenwich, Connecticut. He maintains a
private practice of internal medicine in Larchmont, New York,
and is certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He is
the father of Christina Cady Lucas and Ryan Clare Lucas.
