William
Roy Hearter, Jr. M.D.

William Roy Hearter Jr., a native of Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania is the son of William Roy Hearter, Sr. and Shirley Jean
Russ. He completed his undergraduate work at
Gettysburg College, simultaneously earning B.S. degrees
in Chemistry and Vertebrate Biology. Dr. Hearter
earned his M.D. at the Medical College of Pennsylvania
and received specialty training in Diagnostic Radiology
at the
University of Rochester,
New York. He is a Diagnostic
Radiologist by profession, and is LCDR on inactive
reserve with the USPHS.
He is married to Kathleen Marie Mills Hearter, and they
have four children: Elizabeth Ann Hearter; Lauren Adele
Hearter; William Roy Hearter III; and
Heidi Francis Hearter.

Dr. Hearter is a member of the Paradise Valley Silver Trowel Lodge #29;
he is Past Master and
Mason of the Year. Additionally he is member of
the
Arizona Masonic Rosicrucian College, and served as State Secretary
and a member of the
National High Counsel.
Dr. Hearter attends
Saint
Nicholas Anglican Church in Scottsdale, Arizona, and
serves on the
Vestry as Secretary and Subdeacon. He was an
introductory speaker at the
National Workshop on Christian Unity in Phoenix, Arizona
in
2009.
Additionally, Dr. Hearter is a
SCUBA Diving- PADI Instructor and Divemaster.
