For the third consecutive year, the HSC Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony was held at The Washington Club.  The Advisory Council and Consultants of HSC would like to thank Mrs. Paul Milton Niebell, Sr. for her continued kindness in sponsoring us at her club, where she is a life member.
